For this year’s Emirati Women’s Day, we launched a campaign titled ‘You’re a Gem’, which saw our very first Al Masaood Female Majlis session. Our Emirati female employees got the opportunity to share their visions and aspirations, build stronger connections with their fellow Emirati female colleagues, and peer-mentor each other.

The majlis helped our Emirati ladies better understand their personal characters - drawing from the traits of precious stones. It also allowed them to explore the qualities that will support them in their personal and career journeys.

We take this special day to honour all the Emirati women out there, who have been working tirelessly to help the UAE achieve new heights and remain a beacon of progress and prosperity.
