Al Masaood Automobiles launches Nissan’s first e-commerce platform in the region

Al Masaood Automobiles has unveiled Nissan’s first interactive e-commerce platform in the Middle East, Africa, India and Turkey. It is a one-stop online shop that allows buyers to directly and conveniently purchase either new or certified pre-owned Nissan vehicles of their choice from the company.

Equipped with key e-commerce capabilities and showroom solutions, www.nissanbuyonline.com, features real-time visualization of all vehicles for sale accessible anytime and anywhere via any kind of devices. The newly introduced portal will be integrated into the company’s five showrooms, including its flagship sales and aftersales complex in Musaffah, the company said.  

Customers can buy or reserve their next Nissan by placing a deposit or paying online the full amount, both of which are considered an important strategic differentiator for Al Masaood Automobiles and for the Nissan brand. Following a seamless online purchase, the company will deliver the vehicle, upon request, to the doorsteps of customers based in Abu Dhabi.

Additionally, the platform will offer a range of services provided by the dedicated New Vehicle Delivery Centre and stand-alone Fleet Business Solutions Facility of Al Masaood Automobiles, the authorized distributor of Nissan in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Western Region.

In line with this commitment, the company has also announced that it will launch its Al Masaood Auto App for Nissan, INFINITI, and Renault owners soon. The app is a one-touch solution developed to help manage all the vehicle needs of Al Masaood customers.

Users can use the app for service appointment bookings, service tracking notifications, and road-side assistance. In addition, they will gain easy access to new and certified pre-owned vehicle models as well as a range of available vehicle accessories and other services. Vehicle trade-ins will also be entertained in the platform.
