It brings me great pleasure to address you all following the close of yet another successful year at Al Masaood. We should all be filled with pride at our successes this past year.
We recognize that our growth as a group of companies is intricately linked with the nation's economic and social objectives. Therefore, the government affairs department remains steadfast in supporting the commercial and corporate divisions through strategic alignment with government bodies such as DOT, GHQ, and MOI. Our engagement with these entities goes beyond business growth to meaningful contributions to the nation's development and economic agenda.
We had a good year adding to our roaster of relationships with government entities, particularly in Abu Dhabi, leading to multiple promising MOUs. Our commitment to Sustainability goes beyond corporate social responsibility; it is a strategic business outlook that invests in green initiatives, energy efficiency and conservation. These initiatives align with the UAE’s Vision 2030.
Furthermore, we have focused on enhancing the Group's In-Country Value (ICV), developing strategies that not only elevate our contributions to the national economy but also reinforce our commitment to community development. By nurturing Emirati talent and driving Emiritisation, we are preparing a workforce that is equipped to lead and excel in the private sector.
As we look ahead, we will continue to explore new avenues for collaboration with the public sector.
