Al Masaood Automobiles Aftersales Team Complete the ‘Six Thinking Hats’ Training

The Aftersales team at Al Masaood Automobiles recently completed a two-day training course for the ‘Six Thinking Hats’ by Time Training Centre in Abu Dhabi. The sessions were attended by managers and supervisors from the Service Department and Spare Parts team.
‘Six Thinking Hats’ is a method of investigating an issue from multiple perspectives, in a clear and conflict-free way. Individuals or groups can use it to break free from habitual ways of thinking, explore new approaches, and think constructively about how to move forward.
At Al Masaood Automobiles, we believe that cultural diversity is a driving force that helps us foster a workplace that values and thrives on our varying modes of thinking and skill sets. Through training programs like ‘Six Thinking Hats’ we are leveraging this wonderful diversity to make better and well thought of decisions. Ultimately, this will help our aftersales team in offering efficient and effective solutions to serve internal and external stakeholders.
