It was presented to us by Carole Gaultier, Director of Service Marketing & New Ecosystems Aftersales, Nissan AMIEO, during an exclusive ceremony attended by senior representatives from Nissan and Al Masaood Automobiles.
To achieve this recognition, Al Masaood Automobiles has rolled out a comprehensive digitisation initiative that harnesses advanced technology across every facet of the aftersales service journey. This underlines our dedication to providing customers with a trustworthy, easily accessible, transparent and value-added experience.
With the implementation of this initiative, customers can seamlessly navigate the online service scheduling, follow-up, and payment options in a paperless and more efficient process. Additionally, Nissan customers can book a 60-minute Express Service, ensuring swift and effective expert support designed to accommodate our customers’ busy schedules.
