To strengthen relationships with partners and enhance the overall customer experience, Al Masaood Automobiles' Aftersales Department recently hosted an exclusive event to unveil a new pricing strategy for Service & Parts across Nissan, INFINITI, and Renault.
We welcomed 21 delegates from 11 leading insurance companies, creating a valuable platform for discussing how this new approach can bring greater clarity and efficiency to our partnerships. The highlight of the event was the announcement of our streamlined pricing strategy, aimed at offering better transparency and delivering greater value across the board. This will simplify processes for our insurance partners and enhance the service provided to our customers.
During the event, we also recognised the contributions of AMA’s key partners with an awards ceremony, celebrating the top five performers for their outstanding work. The event reaffirmed AMA’s dedication to both our partners and customers, setting the stage for stronger collaboration and future achievements.
