Al Masaood Automobiles Hosts Successful GEMBA Visit

Al Masaood Automobiles recently welcomed Nissan Middle East (NMEF) on a GEMBA visit to our Mussah Complex to observe AMA’s Aftersales processes, understand workflows, and identify areas for improvement.


The visit began with a presentation by the AMA Aftersales team, providing a full overview of Nissan Intelligent Service (NIS) and its role in streamlining service processes. It also highlighted advanced inventory management tools such as Syncron, our dashboards for monitoring Customer Satisfaction and CES metrics, and our complaint handling processes.


The NMEF team then toured the facility, where the concepts discussed were brought to life.


At the recently revamped Service Reception, they witnessed the seamless implementation of NIS, which significantly enhances customer experience and operational efficiency.


They then continued through the Workshop and Parts Warehouse, and observed our robust supply chain processes and cutting-edge operations. For some, this was their first visit to AMA, and they were amazed to see the world’s largest Nissan Service Center.
