Highlighting Al Masaood Automobiles’ growth and strong performance, the company has been recognised with the NGI Waypoint Performance Award 2023. Presented jointly by our partners National General Insurance and Waypoint Systems, this award marks a new achievement in AMA’s records.

Since forming this partnership in 2018, our Finance and Insurance (F&I) team has achieved important milestones. In 2023, the team recorded a 65% year-on-year increase in insurance product sales. This growth results from the strategic integration of sales and showroom operations into the F&I process. By adopting this service model, we have created a seamless and comprehensive F&I platform, reducing the need for customers to seek external insurance options.

The team’s customer-centric approach has enabled the introduction of a diverse range of insurance products and expanded access channels, thereby elevating customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. Through sound planning and adept execution supported by our cross-functional teams within AMA, the F&I team have ensured that our offerings not only reflect the company’s vision but also add substantial value to the Group.
