Al Masaood Automobiles Wins the Nissan Middle East Q1 Fast Track Programme

The Aftersales Falcons have once again demonstrated operational excellence by winning Nissan Middle East’s Q1 Fast Track Programme. The recognition was handed over in Egypt to Rimoun Hanouch, AMA Service – General Manager, who led the delegation of AMA Parts and Service team members. This award celebrates our shared commitment to putting the customer at the heart of everything we do, across all channels.


What makes this achievement truly remarkable is not just the outstanding results that we have achieved — surpassing 100% in key areas like Parts & Accessories, Value Advantage products, Nissan Genuine Motor Oil (NGMO), Fleet & Government, Independent Repair Facilities (IRFs), Customer Paid Repair Orders (CPROs), and “Fix it Right the First Time” (F1) — but how we reached these milestones together. The whole team was driven by a strong collective spirit and by the aim to create value to our customers through each action we take.


The goal of this program was to engage with our customers and ensure that we provide exceptional service and parts experiences to them, without ever compromising on quality. Our success is a testament to the dedication and excellence we bring to every customer interaction.
