Al Masaood Commercial Vehicles & Equipment Division (CV&E) launched the Abu Dhabi version of the Extra Mile Challenge on Sunday 30^th September 2018. Unique to UD Trucks, the Extra Mile Challenge is global driver-skill based competition that test drivers in five key areas: pre-driver inspection, fuel efficiency, safe drive inspection, and parking skills.

CV&E’s team invited truck drivers in Abu Dhabi to participate and the show up was impressive. Senior members of the UD Trucks MEENA team also attended the event. The winner of the challenge will be flown to Japan to compete in the global finals and will have a chance to visit Japan’s Motor Show.
