Al Masaood Commercial Vehicles and Equipment (CVE) recently welcomed a delegation from UD Trucks International Sales (UDIS) to our Mussafah M-40 Facility for the first time. This visit marks a significant milestone in our partnership with UD Trucks, underscoring the continual collaboration and shared commitment between our teams.

The primary focus of the visit was an in-depth discussion on the UD systems review, Al Masaood customer satisfaction process, and the systems we utilise. Our team shared insights on the current systems, feedback received, and potential areas for improvement.

The delegation included Karen Tan (Director Competence & Retail UDIS), Hashiguchi Takeshi (Director DSIT UDIS Uptime & Retail), Erdogan Cenc (Director, Commercial Offer UDIS), Vaibhav Gupta (Manager, Network Operation Development UDIS), and Paul Yang (Senior Manager, Commercial Projects – UDIS), along with representatives from UD Trucks MEENA, Thilak Baluchamy (Senior Manager), Krishna Murthy (Warranty Manager), and Kris Meuleman (International Service Sales Director). We also took this opportunity to showcase our showroom, emphasising Al Masaood CVE’s capabilities and potential for future product expansions.
