20 September 2024

After six months of dedicated study, Al Masaood proudly celebrated the graduation of its first cohort from the Executive Leadership Program, delivered by the prestigious New York University Abu Dhabi. This is part of the Project LEAP Initiatives that were run by our L&D team.

This comprehensive program included classroom sessions on essential topics such as corporate sustainability, leadership, strategic thinking, and technology adoption. Designed to enhance the skills of our rising managers, it aligns with our core values of excellence, innovation, and growth, empowering them to thrive in a dynamic global business environment. It is also a testament of Al Masaood’s commitment to future-proof the company and develop its leadership teams to take on future challenges and initiatives.

Throughout the past six months, participants have gained invaluable insights while engaging with exceptional faculty, coaches, and peers. The knowledge and skills acquired will undoubtedly enhance their effectiveness in their roles and responsibilities.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who made this program a success. Special appreciation goes to the Chairman, Directors, and ExCo of Al Masaood Group for their unwavering support and encouragement. Their commitment to employee empowerment and excellence has inspired our managers to seize this opportunity and strive for their best.

We also thank NYU Abu Dhabi and the Office of Executive Education, along with their faculty and coaches, for their professionalism and generosity in sharing their expertise.

As we celebrate their graduation, let’s remember that this marks the beginning of a new chapter in their leadership journey. We encourage them to integrate what they've learned into their work, challenge themselves and one another, and continue seeking opportunities for learning and development.
We are also excited to announce the commencement of our second cohort in November 2024 and look forward to continuing this journey of learning and leadership.
