During the recent visit of Oman’s Sultan, His Majesty Haitham bin Tariq, Al Masaood was invited to attend the UAE-Oman Business Forum, held at Qasr Al Watan. Led by our UAE President, H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, I had the pleasure of joining our Chairman, H.E. Masaood Ahmed Al Masaood, in this highly prestigious business forum.

We, at Al Masaood, were honoured to be selected by the UAE's Ministry of Economy and the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce to attend this event and engage in discussions focused on enhancing bilateral ties. The forum underscored plans for expanding business opportunities in emerging sectors such as hydrogen production, EV infrastructure, railway systems, and local manufacturing. It also presented new avenues for future collaborations and increased trade between Emirati and Omani investors.

In a significant move, the government has committed to waive all fees and taxes for Abu Dhabi-based companies engaged in forming these new trade relations. This initiative is anticipated to spur growth and leverage new business opportunities.

As we navigate these promising opportunities, our active participation going forward is imperative to capitalize on such high-profile forums and introduce new areas of business expansion and growth.
