Al Masaood Power Division's Mechatronics Apprenticeship Program 2024

It gives me great pleasure to congratulate the first batch of the 'Mechatronics Apprenticeship Program' at Al Masaood Power Division. Since October 2022, these talented Emirati engineers have been working hard to complete their inaugural year of Mechatronics Training. This is a notable milestone on their path to mastery in this discipline.
During the two-year program, our young engineers will undertake an intensive learning journey, committing over 1,200 hours to rigorous training. I am extremely proud to have witnessed their transformation during the recent Inaugural Year Ceremony held at ICAD 2's Power Division Competence Center. This reflects our commitment to equipping bright minds with a variety of technical skills that will be beneficial to their personal and professional growth.
As we celebrate the achievements of the first batch of graduates, we extend our warm welcome to the new team of young engineers who have joined the program as well. Together, let's continue to cultivate an environment that fosters learning and innovation.
