We have once again achieved the recertification for three key international standards: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 41001:2018 (Facility Management Systems), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems). This accomplishment is a testament to our commitment to maintaining the highest quality across our operations.

Our operations underwent a rigorous evaluation process, conducted by TUV Apex – a globally recognised company that facilitates testing, inspection, and certification in various sectors. The results have confirmed that Al Masaood Property Division consistently adheres to health, safety, and quality standards in every facet of our business. The scope of our certifications has been expanded to include Real Estate Lease and Management, along with Building Maintenance Services. This reflects our ongoing efforts to provide comprehensive property management solutions.
