In collaboration with New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD), Al Masaood has launched the Leadership Development Program, “Masterclass Theme: Emerging Competencies and People”, for our esteemed executives. This initiative is specifically designed to elevate and enhance the Group’s leadership capabilities and skills, striving to set new benchmarks of excellence.

Through this partnership, we aim to develop a cadre of leaders equipped with the latest insights, strategies, and proficiencies essential for driving Al Masaood’s success and innovation. This aligns seamlessly with the Group’s core values of excellence, innovation, and growth.

During the inaugural session, our senior management were introduced to the program and taken on a campus tour at NYUAD to discover its state-of-the-art facilities. The first workshop focused on assessing employee personalities, improving communication, and promoting diversity in the workplace. The program also includes three individual coaching sessions with executive coaches to help our executives integrate the learnings into their respective roles. Overall, it will encompass six modules covering leadership, emotional intelligence, intercultural competence, strategic mindset and effective strategic execution, the future of work, and corporate sustainability.
