In a collaboration between Group IT and Group Credit Control Departments, Al Masaood has now launched its new Online Credit Facility App. This digital platform has been created to streamline the management of customer credit applications, thereby facilitating a seamless, more efficient and controlled process across the Group.

The application allows our sales colleagues the accessibility to apply for credit on behalf of their customers from any location at any time, while ensuring high standards of data security. Once logged in, employees can check the status of ongoing requests, verifications, and approvals in a transparent manner.

In our drive for digitisation, the new application also reduces paperwork and expedites decision-making for both the business unit and the Credit Control team, hence offering a faster overall experience.
