The 'Best Innovations in Career Development' award highlights HR's achievement in providing equal opportunities for all Al Masaood employees through a diverse range of Learning & Development programs. This award celebrates strategic initiatives designed to ensure professional growth, fostering a culture where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential.
A key element of this achievement is the 'Leadership Excellence Education Program', developed in collaboration with New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD). This program is designed to be instrumental in enhancing Al Masaood's strategic capabilities, aligning development efforts with strategic goals and embedding world-class thought leadership specifically tailored for the growing Middle East region which is now gaining further momentum and growth at a global level.
The 'Best CSR Practices' award reflects Al Masaood's dedication to serving its community and society through a holistic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy. This strategy not only promotes responsible growth and diversification but also addresses the needs of the communities served.
