Celebrating Innovation at AMA I-Falcon Awards Ceremony

At AMA, our Falcon 2.0 strategy is built on customer obsession and doing more together, with innovation at the heart of this transformation. The I-Falcon Innovation Awards Ceremony, held on 25th February, was a celebration of this commitment, recognising top ideas that have the potential to reshape the way we work and serve our customers.
This was born from AMA's first Innovation Idea Drive, where employees from across the organisation submitted ideas to improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth. After a rigorous evaluation process, three outstanding ideas were selected as winners:
1st Place: Bahaa Zuhd – For his innovative approach to enhancing forecasting mechanisms at the Delivery Centre, improving lead times and efficiency.
2nd Place: Shadi Abdul Khalek – For introducing digital demonstrations in the showroom, transforming the way customers engage with our vehicles.
3rd Place: Basel Al Otba – For his Aftersales Care concept, elevating customer service with a more seamless and personalised experience.
But this is just the beginning. Innovation is a culture we are embedding across the organisation. With our innovation steering committee fostering collaboration, product owners leading key projects, and close IT involvement, we are paving an agile and systematic approach to continuous improvement.
