Celebrating the Success of the Parts Sales Through Service Campaign

We recently launched an internal campaign aimed at recognising and rewarding the exceptional performance of our Service Advisors across various Al Masaood Automobiles workshops and body shops in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Western Region.


The campaign focused on increasing parts sales through service for Nissan, INFINITI, and Renault, achieved by providing expert advice, strengthening customer relationships, and consistently meeting high service standards. By doing so, we also aimed to enhance service retention and increase customer satisfaction further.


As a result, we saw a combined 15% growth in sales from August through November compared to December, when the campaign was officially launched. To mark this achievement, we hosted an event acknowledging top performers. Their collaborative efforts, dedication, and hard work have been truly commendable.
