Al Masaood Group joins the whole nation in today’s celebration of the Emirati Women’s Day. We take pride in the achievements of the Emirati women who have been and is always an integral part of the UAE’s development and rise to global prominence. The Emirati woman is a partner of the nation in all areas of development and the torch bearer of knowledge and enlightenment for generations.

This year’s theme ‘Women on the Course of Zayed’ aptly describes the path that was laid for the Emirati woman. She is raised under the care and loving principles of a Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed, who considered her as, “The woman is half of the society; any country which pursues development should not leave her in poverty or illiteracy.”

Following the footsteps of the Father of the Nation, we recognize the empowerment of the Emirati women and all women in the society, in our homes, business, and offices. We honor their contribution through our policies, allowing them the opportunity to participate, lead and enjoy the fruits of their hard work.
