Mr. Ahmed Rahma Al Masaood, Mr. Masaood Rahma Al Masaood, along with Mr. Muhammed Abu Izzah, led our welcoming of Mr. ITO Koichi, Chairman of UD Trucks, at our Head Office, on 14 February.
Mr. Koichi paid this special visit to underline the strength of the partnership between Al Masaood and UD Trucks, which we commenced in 1981, and to exchange views on further enhancement and expansion of the business.
Accompanying Mr. Koichi were Mr. Jacques Michel, Mr. Fabrice Gorlier, the newly appointed SVP Sales UDIS, and Mr. Mourad Hedna, Managing Director UD Trucks MEENA.
During the meeting, we had the opportunity to review the exceptional performance of Al Masaood CV&E in 2023 in promoting the UD Trucks' brand in the Abu Dhabi market. To further showcase the strength and reliability of UD Trucks' lineup, we organised a site visit to Averda, one of our valued customers. This visit aimed to demonstrate how our high-quality waste management trucks contribute to sustainable development in Abu Dhabi.
After our meeting, Mr. Ahmed Rahma Al Masaood hosted an informal yet highly enjoyable lunch for the visiting UD Trucks delegation as well as for senior leadership from strategic clients for Al Masaood and UD Trucks – Lavajet, Averda, Beeah and Western Baynounah.
