The award has reiterated our commitment to build a profitable productive relationship with business partners by investing in our employees, a key pillar of Al Masaood's success, in addition to all our stakeholders.
I also would like to congratulate Mr. Hani Tannir for receiving an Honorary CEO Award for Sustainability from the GCC Best Employer Brand Awards. He was successfully recognised as a leader with a clear commitment to building a sustainable future through the development of products and services by our Industrial Division. This honorary award was conferred by Dr. Bhatia, who is a global sustainability champion and member of the World Sustainability Council and has worked closely with the Singapore government in advancing sustainability.
Furthermore, our congratulations to Mr. Meiraj Hussain for receiving the Award in Excellence in Improving Performance through Leadership at the same event. Meiraj has demonstrated performance excellence in leadership and corporate strategic planning, including analysis and knowledge management, customer focus, and has advanced leadership excellence in all our practices. This is the third time he has received a prestigious award from the GCC Best Employer Brand Awards.
In addition, I would like to congratulate Ms. Bothaina Al Ali for receiving Award in Excellence in Advancing Status of Women after successfully establishing high-level corporate leadership for gender equality and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all employees at the Group. Bothaina is a professional with commitment and passion for serving others while making an impact and leading with purpose. Through her work as a compassionate and caring humanitarian, she demonstrates the application of business development strategies to implement solutions for social, cultural, and environmental issues of Al Masaood Group.
