Genba Visit: Strengthening Ties with the Al Ain Falcons

As a part of our efforts to continually connect with our teams across AMA’s locations, I recently conducted a Genba visit to the Al Ain Showroom, Spare Parts and Service facilities.
The purpose of the visit was threefold; to check on our Al Ain Falcons following the intense weather conditions that the city and whole country witnessed recently. I also conducted a walkthrough of the facility to inspect any impairments inflicted by the hailstorms and ensure our operations remained uninterrupted. Additionally, I shared my warmest wishes with the Al Ain Falcons on the holy month of Ramadan.
The visit was a great opportunity to spend some quality time with the team members at the Showroom, Spare Parts and Service Centre, where I expressed my appreciation to them for their consistent top-quality performance. A highlight of the visit was meeting with the top performers in Al Ain and acknowledging their significant contributions and hard work.
The team’s vibrant spirit and enthusiasm was truly heartwarming, and it was inspiring to see their synergy and dedication. I am fully confident that the AMA Falcons, across all locations, are putting their best foot forward to be ready for the future.
