Looking back on 2023, I am grateful for all the milestones we have achieved together, and the goals we've set for ourselves for the future. It is now clearer than ever that at Al Masaood, sustainability stands as a core value, deeply integrated across all teams, functions, and business areas, emphasising the importance of taking action as we position ourselves as a proactive workplace.
As we welcome the new year, I am filled with excitement and anticipation for what we have in store. 2024 will be especially significant with several of our LEAP projects coming to fruition, including the rollout of a new brand culture book, a refined brand, the driver centralisation project as well as a refreshed new office for all of us.
As we aim for excellence year after year, investing in our team’s growth and development is a key priority, one that we remain committed to. This is why we look forward to sharing with you all an enriching Learning and Development calendar, thanks to our partnership with NUYAD to take our leadership journey to the next level, LinkedIn Learning and other esteemed training partners.
With an increased focus on becoming a more agile, digital, and a cost-efficient Corporate Support function, we are looking forward to beginning our ERP journey this year, embarking on it with SAP and NTT Data, our implementation partner. This will enable us to optimise our processes, provide enhanced employee and customer experiences including real-time data for decision making. Naturally, all change brings along challenges especially around change management, but I am certain we will meet these challenges head-on and reap rewards that will undoubtedly be worth the effort.
Lastly, I would like to express my appreciation to all my teams for their passion, hard work, and resilience they have shown throughout the years. You each play a role in the success of this organisation and the new heights we continue to attain.
