Ibda'a Pillar 4: Mindfulness and Spirituality

Now that we are within the last 10 days of Ramadan, many of us look to intensify our spiritual activities and religious deeds. In accordance with this, throughout the week we will be highlighting our fourth and final pillar of our Ibda’a Ramadan Campaign, which focuses on Mindfulness and Spirituality.
Mindfulness and spirituality are ways for us as humans to seek meaning and purpose in our lives while experiencing a sense of connectedness to ourselves, to others, to nature, or to the sacred.
By practicing this we can take the first steps in helping ourselves attain inner peace and reduce stress in our daily lives, enhance performance, gain insight and awareness through observing our own mind and spirituality, and increase our attention to our own and others’ mental well-being.
