AMA recently held its first-ever Innovation Workshop, marking a bold step forward in its innovation journey and aligning with the Falcon 2.0 strategy. Led by the CX Department and the Innovation Steering Committee, the 2-day workshop focused on delivering customer-centric solutions while embodying our core values: making innovation our game, being obsessed with delighting our customers, and doing more together.
This initiative built on the earlier Innovation Idea Drive, where employees submitted problem statements and creative solutions for key challenges.
Top submissions were carefully selected, and, in collaboration with Innoway, a leading innovation consultancy, cross-functional teams were brought together to refine and develop these ideas using design thinking principles.
Guided by AMA’s 5Ds Design Thinking Process—Discover, Define, Design, Develop, Deliver—participants conducted customer research, challenged assumptions, and created prototypes based on user needs.
Over two intensive days, three promising service concepts were crafted, each equipped with an agile roadmap ready for development and implementation.
This is just the beginning. With more Innovation Idea Drives, future workshops, and a robust framework for idea development, AMA is shaping a future where innovation thrives, and we continue to lead in delivering exceptional, customer-focused excellence.
