Continuing the Group’s investment in employees, and in partnership with Dr. Corrie Block, 17 Al Masaood leaders participated in a 3-day leadership development training. Dr. Corrie Block has been a partner with Al Masaood for the past 4 years and has conducted multiple trainings for our most senior leaders. He is a business strategist, leadership and digital expert, and Executive Coach. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Corrie has worked with some of the largest organisations in the UAE and region.
The aim of the training was to further nurture our leaders to continually strive for meaningful outcomes that offer the best value to our stakeholders. The training also helped these leaders find purpose and fulfilment at work, and provided them with practical and implementable tools to help them lead their teams more effectively.
I strongly believe our employees should see visible benefit in the way they are managed by their leaders and engaged to achieve better results. Furthermore, this cements our investment in our community and employees to make them happy.
