Leroy Somer Extends Award Recognitions for Al Masaood’s Sales and Aftersales Overachievements

In recognition of delivering great business results and high customer satisfaction, Al Masaood was recently awarded two accolades by principal Leroy-Somer for outstanding performance in fiscal year 2023.
In the past year, Al Masaood Leroy Somer’s sales performance has significantly surpassed targets, with new and replacement units reaching 246% of set goals and service sales achieving 162%. Additionally, our project to overhaul 22 alternators on two vessels has further proven our capability and reliability in managing complex tasks.
In recognition of this strong performance, Al Masaood received the 'Service Partner of the Year Award 2023' for revenue growth in Service Business, which increased by 578% from 2022. In addition, the 'Partner of the Year Award 2023' was presented to the New Units Business after achieving 787% growth over the past two years. The awards were presented to Hani El Tannir, CEO of Al Masaood Group Industrial, by David Sonzogni, President Electric Power Generation, Europe & Asia, Moteurs Leroy-Somer.
In efforts to further grow the division’s service capabilities and elevate customer satisfaction, a new service center for Electrical Motors & Alternators is currently being developed at Dubai Industrial City.
