Opening of the New Customer Engagement Center in Al Ain

The Customer Engagement Center (CEC) recently celebrated the opening ceremony of its newly relocated and renovated facility in Al Ain on 11 December 2024.
The CEC has been a cornerstone of Al Masaood Automobiles’ success, playing a vital role in our recent recognition at the prestigious Customer Centricity World Series Awards. With its dedicated team—comprising a majority of Emirati talent—the CEC has been instrumental in understanding our customers' needs and taking action to create value. By managing customer inquiries, conducting surveys, and gathering critical insights, the CEC shapes and drives our customer-first strategies. Their frontline efforts embody the spirit of service excellence that defines our organization.
