Al Masaood Vice Chairman answers your pressing ADNOC ICV Programme questions

Abu Dhabi TV held a live interview with our Vice Chairman, Ahmed Rahma Al Masaood, about the ADNOC In-Country Value (ICV) program, and the efforts that have been invested by companies in the private sector in line with the programme's objectives.
The In-Country Value (ICV) program was launched January 2018 with a view to diversify the UAE's economy by localizing more goods and services, create more employment opportunities for UAE nationals in the private sector and the localization of important functionalities in the field of oil and gas. In the interview, our Vice Chairman highlighted how ICV has shown great success and has contributed to the recruitment of qualified UAE nationals in the private sector, and the forging of fruitful partnerships and collaborations between leading local entities.
He also highlighted how the program has presented an effective platform for organizations to plan and coordinate future strategic alliances.
