As a part of a bright new HR initiative, I recently hosted an intimate lunch with select employees from different departments who exemplified outstanding dedication and commitment to AMA’s core values.

It gave me great pleasure to acknowledge the achievements of these Falcons and speak about the importance of collaboration, innovation, and resilience in both our individual and collective journeys. The luncheon was filled with camaraderie, and a sense of belonging.

The luncheon was a chance for networking, open dialogue, and the sharing of ideas.

I thank the HR team for organising this memorable event and bringing us together. And of course, to the incredible AMA Falcons who continue to make a positive impact within our company.
