Al Masaood Automobiles – Aftersales Department recently welcomed the Senior Aftersales team of Renault Middle East. The visit was attended by Guillaume Hurel – Cluster International Aftersales & Quality Director of Renault, Renault AMEP, Turkey, Ukraine, India & South Korea; Gilles Novo – Regional Aftersales Manager of Renault Middle East; and Mark Carson – Customer Experience and Quality Director of Renault AMEP.

It was a great opportunity to take our partner on a tour of AMA’s fully revamped M-12 facility. The Renault Regional team appreciated AMA’s large efforts invested in growing the Renault brand in our market, particularly with the strong performance of the Renault Abu Dhabi Aftersales team in 2023. During the meeting, we also discussed our plans and activities for 2024 to sustain this momentum.
