True self-care: Leading a healthier and happier life

It is no secret that good health is a resource that helps us all meet our goals, and with the global pandemic, health has been on everyone’s mind both young and old. The pandemic has also taught us many lessons, the most crucial lesson is the importance and true value of our mental and physical health.
Several key areas of your lifestyle are considered dimensions of your overall wellness. They include: social connectedness, exercise, nutrition, sleep and mindfulness. By making simple and healthy choices daily, you will be well on your way towards reducing stress, having positive social interactions, and achieving optimal wellness among many other things.
I am happy to officially announce the Al Masaood Wellness Programme where will work on bringing you hot topics, activities, and ideas to help you maintain and improve your health and well-being.
The program’s goal is to guide you in making healthier and well-informed decisions, and to create an open platform where we can talk about your health and wellbeing.
So far we have had industry professionals speak to us about COVID-19, preventing hypertension and diabetes, keeping healthy through nutrition, and an interactive desktop yoga session.
