I was delighted to receive Jacques Michel, Senior Vice President of UD Trucks International Sales, and Mourad Hedna, President of UD Trucks for the Middle East, East, and North Africa (MEENA) region, to Al Masaood Commercial Vehicles & Equipment (CV&E) Division's M40 facility on 16th November. The visit comes as part of UD's senior management visit to the region and Abu Dhabi.

Together with the Al Masaood CV&E team, we met with customers and discussed the brand's long-term vision and direction, as well as its future within the Isuzu Motors Group. Customers from Abu Dhabi attended the event and Mohammed Zeftawi, CV&E's General Manager took them on a tour to the new facility.

CV&E's much-anticipated M40 facility is set to help the business grow its capacity, in both sales and aftersales. In addition to offering excellent after-sales services on a larger scale, our new workshop also has a sizable parts warehouse. This will greatly reduce turnaround time and elevate the overall customer experience.

Our Chairman, H.E. Masaood Ahmed Al Masaood, welcomed the UD Trucks delegation to our head office in Najda Street, where we discussed the mutual objectives of Going the Extra Mile.

We look forward to expanding our partnership with UD Trucks, which was established in 1981. This is part of our continual efforts to enhance our customers experience in the region.
