Al Masaood Automobiles, the exclusive dealer of Nissan in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region, adds a new accolade as the leading car brand in after-sales customer satisfaction in Abu Dhabi following an annual survey that was conducted among various Auto brands throughout the Middle East. The results were recently announced with Al Masaood Automobiles ranking first for the fifth time in six years after been given the prestigious title in 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Al Masaood Automobiles is an icon of the automotive industry in the UAE and has forged a fruitful reputation for its excellence in services and high rate of customer satisfaction over the years; identifying the value of investment in innovative after-sales service and building a strong team of trained staff and sales professionals to constantly provide the highest standards of service. Customers are surveyed every year through research and feedback questionnaires, with dealers rated based on booking appointment systems, prices, attitude of service advisors, facilities, availability of parts and quality of work.
