Al Masaood Tyres, Batteries & Accessories (TBA) has partnered with Abu Dhabi (AD) Police to provide free tyre checks at all Adnoc petrol stations in Corniche, Al Mushrif, Al Reem Islands, Mahwi, Al Samha and Khalifa City as part of a safety campaign to reduce the number of summer-related traffic accidents in the emirate.
Many incidents during the UAE summer are caused by the explosion of old tyres due to increased temperatures and the initiative aims to provide traffic safety to reduce the causes of accidents. The campaign is running until 3rd of August with representatives from both TBA and AD Police available to advise drivers whether their tyres are safe or need to be changed.
