Al Masaood Tyres Batteries and Accessories, General Manager Salah Adib has recently received an award for ‘Outstanding Leadership for 2019’ by Bridgestone Middle East, in recognition of his exemplary leadership and the Division’s strong performance in 2019. The Award was presented by Mr. Stefano Sanchini, Regional Managing Director of Bridgestone Middle East and Africa, in the presence of Al Masaood Board members and Senior Management representatives from Al Masaood and Bridgestone ME.
The prestigious title is awarded every year to the standout inspirational leader who has met and surpassed business objectives and made an extraordinary contribution in relation to commercial sales growth, fleet channel and solution business development, significant improvements in sales of diverse passenger car tyres, and retail footprint expansion.
Under Mr. Salah’s leadership, TBA has excelled across its operations in 2019 as it achieved sustained impressive performance and have even broken sales records throughout the 25-year history of the division. Furthermore, his guidance, passion and determination facilitated multiple opportunities for business growth through solid relationships with key stakeholders and businesses.
