Established in the late 1960s as the capital’s first registered trading company, the Group evolved into a powerhouse of enterprise, representing over 30 global brands across mobility, power, energy, oil & gas, marine, manufacturing and construction.

The company was the first to be registered with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce. With a rich history spanning 60 years, the Group has contributed to the UAE's growth, supporting the nation's development through several milestones. It delivered the country's first gas turbine, developed the first desalination plant, and in recent years, introduced the first UAE-made mobile solar system and the first electric waste management fleet.
