Al Masaood Automobiles Scoops 'Excellence Award' by Berns Brett Masaood

Following much hard work and efforts from the Finance & Insurance team, I am pleased to share that Al Masaood Automobiles has been awarded the 'Excellence Award' by Berns Brett Al Masaood (BBM) - one of our key insurance partners. This outstanding performance in the year 2023 reflects our adaptive strategies, which resulted in a growth of 74% in both the number of policies and total premium, setting a new record in our history with Berns Brett Masaood.
With the ever-evolving insurance market landscape over the years, the F&I team is continually embracing digital technologies and adapting to shifting customer preferences. This also comes on the back of our stronger integration with the sales and showroom operations, the introduction of new and diverse insurance policies, and the expansion of access channels for customers. Driven by innovation, this customer-centric approach has not only led to increased customer satisfaction but has also been a key driver in the successful growth of our business.
