Al Masaood Property Division Hosts a Panel Discussion on the UAE Real Estate Landscape

Recently, Al Masaood Property Division welcomed a Student Delegation from the University of Adelaide, Australia, for a Panel Discussion, held at The Hive, ADNEC, on 13 November. Building on the positive momentum from our past collaboration with the University and other educational institutes, this year we joined hands with CoreNet Global to reach a wider group of industry professionals to discuss the future of real estate across the UAE.
Our morning began by presenting Abu Dhabi's real estate market and an active case study, setting the stage for an engaging morning of discussion. We provided an overview of future opportunities to meet the evolving expectations and needs of end users as well as investors and developers. One of the panelists, Thomas Williams from Gensler – a global architecture, design, and planning firm – brought a global perspective to the discussion, underlining the importance of innovation as we navigate the UAE's real estate landscape over the years 2025 to 2030.
