Elat Niyas, Treasury Manager at Al Masaood, Participated in a Panel Discussion at COP28

Al Masaood's Treasury Manager, Elat Niyas, participated in a panel discussion at COP28 in Dubai on December 10, 2023. A discussion hosted by First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) focused on how large corporations can move to sustainable supply chains, largely comprised of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
Niyas also explained that sustainability is a critical issue for SME sectors, which are still in the early stages of environmental awareness. The decarbonization of large corporations' supply chains will help to minimize business disruption and increase the longevity of SMEs.
