Group Corporate Support Hosts a Kick-Off Meeting with SAP and NTT

As we progress with multiple initiatives under Project Leap, we recently hosted a meeting with SAP and NTT/Proaxia to kick off the implementation phase of our digital transformation. Together with appointed Lien of Business Leaders for the programme, we welcomed Christopher Wright, SAP Manager, and Emin Muhammad, Enterprise Programme Manager from NTT Data.
This collaborative session brought together over 50 employees from different divisions across Al Masaood, forming our one part of the team for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system roll out. Further team activations are planned and will be announced in due course. It was reassuring to see a very clear and strong commitment from our team to the success of this project.
Ben England, our Head of Technology and Projects, shared insights into the key role of Group IT in our digitization journey. It is essential that our team understands SAP processes, from governance to ways of working, methodology, plans and roadmap, and also expected future outcomes.
To ensure the success of our SAP implementation, I encourage everyone to stay engaged and involved in every stage of the process.
