Just as we step into 2024, and turn the page on last year – I can simply say that 2023 was the best year in AMA’s history. The best on all fronts – financial, achievements, and growth.
We kicked off the year on a high note with the launch of Falcon 2.0. We mastered all our strength and channeled our energy into putting its three pillars of Innovation, Diversification, and Customer Centricity into full action. And this was the result: a year packed with two global, two regional, and even presidential awards!
An achievement that is very dear to my heart is the winning of Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award – but that’s not the best part of it… the best part is that AMA won it on our very first submission! Anyone involved in this rigorous process knows that this is almost unheard of. But here we are at AMA, breaking all records again.
Our Sales team has done a phenomenal job, and delivered a Year-to-Date record-breaking sales growth that stands higher than the market.
The Aftersales Falcons have gone above and beyond, and once again - for the third consecutive year, brought home the prestigious Global Nissan Aftersales Award.
In Customer Service, we benchmarked ourselves against the biggest and most customer centric brands around the world, and our NPS score still came on top. This is a huge testament to the efforts of our CX team, and our collective customer-centric spirit.
F&I and VAS were also among the stars of the year with impressive growth.
Now we turn our focus to 2024, with our pillars of Innovation and Diversification being the fuel that will drive our efforts. Customer Centricity will always be at the helm as our guiding principle.
It will not be a smooth ride, as we are operating in a highly fierce market. Unfamiliar situations will arise. But as Falcons, the best and brightest minds in the automotive industry, I have all the confidence that nothing will stand in our path.
Let’s revel in our achievements and hard work, but let’s also gear up for all the excitement that 2024 will bring.
