With a clear focus on customers and service excellence, we recently reached an important new milestone with the inauguration of our flagship Parts Distribution Centre at Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD), the largest to date for Al Masaood Automobiles. 

Our new Parts Distribution Centre (PDC) comes as a result of our business expansion and the growth we witnessed in the past few years, thanks to the hard work of our employees and the trust given by our customers. Spanning 12,500 square metres and housing more than 54,000 bin locations, it allows us to stock a broader range of genuine spare parts and respond faster to customer needs, reducing wait times and improving overall service reliability.  

We were not looking just for a bigger warehouse; we were looking for a smarter one, capable of keeping pace with our business. At the heart of the PDC is a fully digitised, system-led environment powered by SAP and Syncron. This gives our teams real-time visibility across inventory and enables smarter prioritisation of critical parts, ensuring the right part reaches the right customer at the right time. 

Equally important are the people behind the operation. Our 85 dedicated parts team works in a facility designed around safety, efficiency, and precision, and their impact is already clear. While the centre was designed for each employee to process 40 lines per hour, productivity is already exceeding expectations at 43 lines per hour per employee, more than double our previous productivity levels. For customers, this means quicker order processing, shorter lead times, and safer, more dependable vehicles on the road.
