KSB Service, our joint venture with KSB, celebrates 10 years of pump and rotating equipment service from its facility in KEZAD.

Recently, KSB Service completed a fast-track shutdown repair for an end-customer in Abu Dhabi, successfully overhauling multiple RDLO pumps and cooling pumps within a 21-day window. The work involved casing restoration, precision machining, and shaft recovery, enabling operations to resume with minimal downtime while maintaining OEM standards aligned with KSB engineering practices.

KSB Service also actively operates in Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman, covering energy, water, oil and gas, and various industrial sectors.

In Bahrain, KSB Service also delivered an emergency repair of a seawater intake diffuser using newly introduced on-site machining capability, reducing turnaround time and eliminating reliance on third-party workshops.
